Senior Advocate B.K. Singh is the heart and conscience behind Loan Settlement Lawyer. An accomplished senior counsel with more than 15 years of experience in banking law, DRT, SARFAESI, loan settlement negotiations and OTS settlements - Advocate Singh has appeared in hundreds of Debt Recovery Tribunal cases across India and successfully settled debts worth hundreds of crores.
It wasn't chance that led Adv. Singh to Loan Settlement Law - It was a choice. After witnessing thousands of everyday Indian borrowers around the country suffer loss of property, income generating businesses, and peace of mind due to heavy handed bank recovery agents and illegal lending, he chose to build a legal firm that offered borrowers a fair chance in court.
Advocate B.K. Singh knows Debt Recovery Tribunals, SARFAESI Act of 2002, RBI directives on recovery agents, IBC, and OTS policies for all public and private banks in India inside out. He has negotiated with bank recovery officials, lawyers, and ARC's himself overtime - always putting the borrower's best interests first.
